Condition: Regular, uniform truffles without defects

Free from: rotten, soft truffles and worms

Manufacturing process: The truffles are wash, selected,  freezing - Individual Quick Frozen (IQF), then packed in vacuum bags

Serving instructions, usage: Defrost - ready to eat

Don’t waste time: get them from the courier as soon as possible. Remove the truffles from the box and place the bag with the truffles in a freezer at -18°C

After 24 hours, place in a tightly closed container or plastic bag

Defrost carefully: Start by placing the truffles in the refrigerator for 24 hours. This gradual thawing helps preserve their texture and flavor.

Store wisely: If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Shelf life: 24 months from the date of manufacture, if stored under under -18°C

Storage conditions: Keep frozen, under -18°C
