Frozen Summer Truffle: Premium Quality Tuber Aestivum for Gourmet Excellence

Our largest, most mature black summer truffles Tuber Aestivum are carefully selected, thoroughly washed and shock frozen to preserve their delicate aroma and earthy depth at peak freshness. Enjoy their rich character year-round, adding refined flavor to pasta, risotto, meats and more. For maximum aroma, finish your dish with a few drops of high-quality flavored olive oil to amplify the truffle’s nuances and create a true gourmet experience.

Exceptional Quality and Preservation

Our Frozen Summer Truffle is carefully harvested at peak ripeness to capture the rich, earthy aroma and unique flavor profile characteristic of the Tuber Aestivum species. By freezing the truffle immediately after harvesting, we preserve its freshness and extend its shelf life, allowing chefs and food enthusiasts to enjoy this rare delicacy anytime. The freezing process maintains the truffle's texture and aromatic compounds, ensuring it remains as flavorful as fresh truffles. This method provides convenience without compromising quality, making it an ideal choice for high-end culinary applications.

Large Size for Maximum Impact

The huge size of our Frozen Summer Truffle makes it stand out in both presentation and taste. Larger truffles tend to develop more complex aromas and deliver a more intense flavor experience, enhancing any dish they accompany. Whether you slice, shave, or grate it, this truffle offers versatility in gourmet cooking. Its substantial size allows chefs to portion it as needed, minimizing waste and optimizing the enjoyment of this luxurious ingredient. Incorporating such a generous piece into your recipes guarantees impressive visual appeal and exceptional taste.

Versatile Culinary Uses

The Frozen Summer Truffle is perfect for elevating a wide range of dishes, from classic pasta and risottos to sauces, eggs, and meats. Its earthy, slightly nutty flavor pairs well with both simple and sophisticated recipes, amplifying the overall dining experience. Freezing does not diminish its culinary versatility; instead, it ensures availability regardless of season. Chefs appreciate how this truffle can be used fresh from the freezer, saving preparation time while adding an unmistakable gourmet touch. It is a must-have ingredient for any kitchen that values exquisite flavors.
